Hi, Does anyone know where I can get the first two episodes of BBC Greek language and people, it's quite old now from the 80's with Chris Searle.I have episodes 3 - 8 and all six episode of BBC Talk Greek. I would like to finish the set.

Do you mean the TV programmes?  I have all but one of them on VHS, but our video has packed up.  They're also about a hundred miles away.  What format do you want them on?  I might be able to dig out the right tapes and lend them to you, especially if you were planning to convert them to DVD :-)  Will take a while as I won't be near the tapes for a month or few.

I've checked my records and I do have programmes 1,3,4,5,7,8,9,10 and another marked '?'.  I have a feeling 2 is missing - vaguely remember something about it being broadcast on a Sunday when the clocks went forward and so I missed it.  Can ask someone to send you the tapes if that would help.

Hi  I would be most grateful for the loan of any tapes I can convert to DVD and to ipod format, I will be happy to provide them on disk, I have episodes 3 thru to 10 but they are from fairly poor recordings so a good copy would be great.

Please title email  Greek Language,   to avoid being consigned to bin

I found your post with regards to the VHS of "Greek Language and People" from BBC. Do you able to get them on DVD finally? can you lend me a copy?
I have machine that can covert VHS into DVDs as well.

I'm desperately looking for these video tapes (in DVD format or whatever). I attended to a Greek course when I was in England and the teacher used this resource, so I'd like to have them as I'd like to start learning Greek again. Is there any way I can get them from you?
